Privacy Policy
Last updated September 13, 2026
This policy explains what personal information CyberCabInfo collects through cybercabinfo.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. CyberCabInfo is operated by AAA USA Inc., [STATE OF FORMATION], [MAILING ADDRESS].
Information we collect
- What you give us. When you claim a ticket you provide your first name, email address and mobile phone number. If you answer the optional question about start-up capital, we record your answer.
- How you reached us. Campaign parameters in the link you arrived on (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term), the Meta click identifier (fbclid), the page you landed on, and the referring website.
- Advertising cookies. The Meta Pixel sets two cookies in your browser (named _fbp and _fbc). We read those values, your IP address and your browser user-agent string so advertising events can be attributed accurately.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment card numbers, government identification numbers, bank account details or health information through this website.
Text messages
We do not sell your mobile number, and we do not share mobile opt-in information or consent with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is used only to deliver the messages described below, through the messaging provider that sends them on our behalf.
Providing a mobile number is required to claim a ticket, because it is how we can reach you if the session time changes. Receiving text messages is separate and entirely optional — you opt in by ticking the SMS box on the registration form. You can attend the training whether or not you tick it.
The exact consent you give when you tick that box is:
I agree to receive text messages from CyberCabInfo about this training, including reminders and the join link. Up to 6 msgs. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of attending.
We store the wording you agreed to and the date and time you agreed, so there is a clear record of what you consented to. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Why we use it
- To reserve your ticket and send you the date, time, join link and reminders.
- To email you about this training and about CyberCabInfo products and services. You can stop this at any time.
- To text you, if and only if you opted in.
- To measure which advertising campaigns produce registrations, and to run further advertising.
- To keep the site working, prevent abuse of the form, and honour the per-session ticket limit.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it with the service providers that make this work:
- Meta Platforms — we send advertising events to Meta, including securely hashed versions of your email address and phone number, so Meta can measure and improve our campaigns. Meta receives the hashes, not the plain values. We never send Meta your answer to the capital question or any other financial information.
- Our email and SMS providers — to deliver the messages you have asked for. They act on our instructions and may not use your information for their own purposes.
- Vercel (website hosting) and Neon (database), which store and serve this site and the registration list on our behalf.
- Our webinar platform, to admit you to the session.
- Professional advisers, a buyer of the business, and anyone we are legally required to disclose to.
How long we keep it
We keep registration records for as long as you are on our list and for three years after your last interaction with us, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. SMS consent records are kept for at least four years after consent is withdrawn, because we may need to evidence that consent was given.
Your choices
- Stop the texts. Reply STOP to any message. This takes effect immediately.
- Stop the emails. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Access, correction and deletion. Email support@cybercabinfo.com and we will action your request. Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, to opt out of targeted advertising, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
- Cookies. You can block or delete advertising cookies in your browser settings, and adjust ad personalisation in your Meta account settings.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. This website and training are for adults.
